At Level23 salon we take pride in giving our clients the best customer service. If you’re not pleased with any of the services provided, please inform us immediately so we can make any adjustments to your style. The client has 24 hours from the time of service to discuss any questions or concerns regarding your services. The booking fee is non-refundable, but in the event of cancellations on the stylist end, were unable to give the desired style a full refund will be issued.

Due to very high demand of mobile stylist, we ask that you be mindful of our time. If you’re running late, please contact your appointed stylist immediately. 

Note: If a stylist is left waiting more than 25 minutes an additional fee of $25.00 will be assessed before services are rendered via cash, cashapp, credit card, no checks. 

All children and pets must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Clients are responsible for a clean and tidy work area including a place to shampoo and set up equipment. If you or anyone is your home is sick, please don’t schedule an appointment. If you or anyone in your home is involved in any criminal activity, please don’t schedule an appointment. 

For clients with thinning or balding issues we strongly recommend a consultation before your services. Please confirm the desired look if possible or at least one of your services before booking.
